The Stay Strong Stay Healthy is an evidence-based eight-week exercise program for older and sedentary, middle-aged adults.  SSSH meets the CDC recommendations for healthy muscle strengthening activities.  Its customized strength training routine provies documented health benefits that help participants live independently longer.  No charge for the class but must enroll by January 26, 2026
