Fruit and vegetable growers—and anyone interested in produce safety—are encouraged to attend this training. The course covers the FSMA Produce Safety Rule, Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), and co-management of natural resources and food safety.

 

This PSA Grower Training Course meets the FSMA Produce Safety Rule requirement in §112.22(c) that at least one supervisor or responsible party must complete food safety training equivalent to a standardized, FDA-recognized curriculum.

 

Offered in collaboration with the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food & Forestry (ODAFF).

 

Cost: $25 per person.
A $25 fee will also be billed to anyone who does not attend or fails to cancel.
Fee includes training materials, light breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
