DESCRIPTION:Playing in the Dough is a personalized\, hands-on workshop. Ren
 ee Nelson\, FAPC milling and baking specialist\, will give tips and tricks
  to participants as they make delicious sour dough bread.\n\nPart of the e
 vent will take place in our Milling and Baking Laboratory. For your safety
 \, pants and comfortable closed-toe shoes are required. No shorts\, skirts
  or flip-flops permitted. Those not in proper outerwear will not be able t
 o participate in the day’s events. Prior to arriving to the event\, plea
 se view our safety and security video.\n\nCost: $75 per person\n\nA $25 fe
 e will be billed to those who fail to cancel or attend. The registration f
 ees cover lunch\, refreshments and workshop material costs.
