 e to Payne County OSU Extension.\n\n \n\nThe county’s Oklahoma 4-H Certi
 fied Coach must attend the contest with 4-H members.\n\n \n\nBy registerin
 g a youth member in ZSuite\, the educator certifies that the participating
  youth meet the minimum requirements to participate in this event:\n\nThe 
 youth has been enrolled in 4-H for 30 daysThe youth has completed a minimu
 m of 8 hours of instructionYouth possess a valid Hunter’s Safety certifi
 cation cardThe youth have demonstrated safe handling and transportation of
  firearms and equipment \n\nOklahoma State University\, as an equal opport
