Registration must be completed on ZSuite by 5 p.m., September 18, by the County Educator, or it will not be accepted. Payment must be postmarked by September 18, 2026, and checks must be made to Payne County OSU Extension.

The county’s Oklahoma 4-H Certified Coach must attend the contest with 4-H members.

By registering a youth member in ZSuite, the educator certifies that the participating youth meet the minimum requirements to participate in this event:

• The youth has been enrolled in 4-H for 30 days
• The youth has completed a minimum of 8 hours of instruction
• Youth possess a valid Hunter’s Safety certification card
• The youth have demonstrated safe handling and transportation of firearms and equipment
