The Oklahoma Rural E-Commerce Academy (ORECA), funded by the Small Business Administration, helps rural Oklahoma retailers adapt to the shift toward online shopping and use of digital media. The ORECA program provides technical assistance, training, and digital retail workshops to help rural retailers remain competitive in the changing digital retail landscape. This half-day workshop includes topics on Business Planning, Social Media Marketing, and Point of Sale Systems.
