ROBERT M. KERR FOOD & AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS CENTER, 120 FAPC $400/350

The new FSMA regulation requires every processing facility to have a trained resource person or Preventive Controls Qualified Individual who has completed a specialized training course such as the one developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) that is recognized by the FDA. This person will oversee the implementation of the facility’s food safety plan and other key tasks.

This blended course has two parts:

Part 1: ONLINE. Participants must complete Part 1 online (Cost: $208) before eligible for registering for this in-person Part 2 course. Upon completion of Part 1, you will receive an enrollment ticket and a completion email. Present either the enrollment ticket or email to your Part 2 instructor. You will not be able to attend Part 2: Instructor-Led without providing evidence of Part 1: Online completion. For more information and to register for Part 1, visit www.ifsh.iit.edu/fspca/fspca-preventive-controls-human-food

Part 2: IN-PERSON. Instructor-led course taught by an FSPCA Lead instructor. Part 2 Cost:
