The Homemade Food Freedom Act allows a broad range of food products to be produced and sold out of the home within the state of Oklahoma without a health department licensing. Specific training requirements, such as this workshop, are required before doing so. The training will focus on: Explaining the new law, what foods are allowed and not allowed Labeling Allergens Good Manufacturing Practices Liabilities and Legalities Food Safety pH and Water Activity This full day training session and has been scheduled to begin at 8:30a.m. **Lunch will be included.
