 ry Training 2026\, a five-week hands-on program designed to help build a s
 killed workforce for the meat-processing industry.\n\n \n\nParticipants wi
 ll receive practical training in meat harvesting and processing while gain
 ing exposure to real-world techniques and industry practices. The program 
 also includes instruction in:\n\nHACCPSanitationFood DefenseGood Manufactu
 ring Practices \n\nIn addition to hands-on training\, participants will re
 ceive:\n\nFree lodging on the OSU campusA $2\,000 stipend upon successful 
 completion of the program \n\nThis program is ideal for individuals intere
 sted in gaining proficiency in meat processing and for those seeking techn
 ical training that can support workforce readiness in the industry.\n\n \n
