A strong internal audit system is essential for ensuring consistent food safety and product quality. Effective audits confirm that procedures are working as intended and help identify areas needing improvement.

 

The one-day Internal Auditor Course teaches food companies how to conduct internal audits within their facilities using GFSI standards.

 

Cost: $350 per person
A $25 fee will be billed to anyone who does not attend or fails to cancel. 

Registration includes lunch, refreshments and workshop materials.
