DESCRIPTION:Register to Attend the Co-Parenting for Resilience Class\n\nYou
should register for your class at least three business days prior to the

nties limit class enrollment.\n\n \n\nTo register for the Co-Parenting for
Resilience class you need to:\n\nComplete the registration form.Prior to

that you have completed it. Please be prepared to show this email verifica
tion when you arrive for class\, just in case the educator does not receiv
e it. If you do not have the ability to complete the survey online\, conta
ct your County Extension office to request a paper version.Print the compl
eted registration form and include it with a check or money order for the
fee in an envelope. Return the envelope to the Kay County Extension Office

your forms\, they will register you for the next available class. – Note
: the Kay County Extension Office location is different from the location
where the class will be taught.\n\n \n\nParents who are\, or soon will be
“ex-spouses” must still work together to benefit their child. The titl
e “Co-parenting for Resilience” refers to strategies divorcing parents
can use to work together to help their children be “resilient\,” or t
o bounce back from the effects of a divorce and return to a normal life.\n
\n \n\nAdditionally\, some people may be asked to take this class for issu
 es related to custody\, paternity\, legal separation\, contempt\, step-fam
ily break up\, etc. Because the goals of Co-Parenting for Resilience class
focus on helping the children\, it addresses these situations as well.\n\
n \n\nThe Co-parenting for Resilience program uses a combination of lectur
 e\, discussion\, video\, exercises\, and example/role-playing to help pare
nts discover new ways to help their children adjust to the divorce. The pr
ogram\, available online and in person\, lasts between approximately 4 hou
