Basic Training (Entrepreneurial Workshop)
About this Event
FAPC’s Basic Training Workshop helps new and aspiring food business entrepreneurs understand business planning, market identification, startup strategies and food processing regulations. The workshop includes small-group discussions and presentations from government and industry professionals.
Participants will also learn about technical assistance available through FAPC, including product testing and evaluation, process scale-up, pilot processing, and engineering support.
Cost: $225 per participant
A $25 fee will be billed to anyone who does not attend or fails to cancel. Registration includes lunch, refreshments, and workshop materials.
