Payne County 4-H County Record Books for the 2025–2026 4-H year are due to the Extension Office no later than 1 p.m., July 10, 2026.

Please Note: If you plan to run for a club office, completing a county record book is mandatory.

The 4-H program has a long-standing tradition of record keeping, helping youth develop important life skills. Record books allow members to track their activities, reflect on their experiences, measure growth and set goals for the future. It’s a valuable opportunity to showcase all you’ve accomplished throughout the year!

Record Book Workshop Opportunities

Join us for a County 4-H Record Book Workshop! Whether you’re just getting started or finishing up, we’re here to help you organize your records, strengthen your project story and create a record book you can be proud of.

Come-and-go workshop dates:

• May 26 | 11 a.m.-1 p.m. – Payne County Extension Office
• May 28 | 1 p.m.-3 p.m. – Payne County Extension Office
• June 17 | 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. – Payne County Expo Center (during Junior Roundup)
• June 24 | 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. – The Botanic Garden at OSU Education Center (during Cloverbud Funday)
